Does it crash when you select "save" (TibEd project), "Save changes to game". And when exactly 'when browsing for files'? Can you confirm it is Runtime error 48?
Also, does this happen all the time, or only sometimes?
What Windows version are you using (95/98/ME/2000/XP)?
