I don't think it's that hard to edit the stats on the units or the building, if you know what you are looking for, then just search for it. I did the factionunits and factionbuilding in just about 20 minutes. Now, for the General upgrades, that took a little time, trying to figure out which file i needed to extract, and all those goodies. As for giving sides, other sides' technology, i've tried and tried, and still haven't been able to figure anything out yet. The way I look at it, just change Colonel Burton's settings, if your USA, in the max simultaneous slot, just make it 9999 and you won't have to worry about any camo then, he's got one hit kills and is already stealthed. FAR better then any ranger, or normal infantry unit in the game.
