Actually, I have been trying that. When I click on the Game Settings option, it only talks about scroll speed, not game speed. There was a Game Speed option in Red Alert 2...
But you may be right about the slow graphics card. I have an old nVidia TNT2 32MB video card. That might be the problem.
Is there any where in TibEd where I can edit the Game Speed, though?
