Not possible at the moment.
It could be possible if the changes were exported as a template and then overlayed onto the Yuri rules...
If you really want this, set the file format to 'old' in the TibEd preferences, save your .tib under a different name, restore the setting to non-old again; and send me the file in old format.
I will then patch your .tib file so it can be opened in the Yuri editor... but the results might be very bad! (eg not working anymore).
