I remember somewhere there is a ion storm appear tag. If you changed it to yes/on a random "weather cloud" would appear around the map. The cloud would shoot one or two shots before going away. Now I dont remember off-hand where in the generals secton. But if you would change the image with the art of the meteors it would produce the same effect. Some mods replaced the weather storm`s rules to do this also. Removing the clouds and lighting strikes.
