Yes, You would have to make a new Napalm Warhead. You could use anim that is already in the game. Using the infantry death type fire like the mirage tank.
Create a weapon with a very fast ROF=3 and a range about 5 with the warhead SA or SSA. Then give the aircraft 8-10 ammo for a long strafe run.
