Yay! I just found the "sort of secret" TibEd 2 download... would tell mates where to download, only it says don't on the page so I will just laugh at him and watch him search in vain...
BTW what do you mean by "lists are read only"? Does that refer to unit lists, or their stats as well, meaning it is not an editor at all and just a reader? What does it refer to? Make it more clear for 
idiots like me.
