When TibEd starts, which 'editor' is selected? "C&C: Red Alert 2" or "C&C: Red Alert 2 - Yuri's Revenge". You may need to scroll down in the list to find Yuri. Or have you selected Yuri already?
TibEd automatically remembers the last game chosen, so perhaps it is still on ordinary RA2?
