I would suggest www.RA2Mods.com but they're in a server move right now. Also the DeeZire forums could be a place to look: http://i.am/deezire . But most of the community sites are down, or else I would recommend XCC Forum (http://xcc.ra2mods.com ) that's about the XCC Utilities, but if you're really editing you'll need them too. (But the site is down at the moment)
