That is the longest post I think I`ve ever read.
Never heard of the beast war mod but if you know what your doing you can do a lot with editing the RA2`s engine.
But remember no Computer AI will ever beat the mind of a human player. The computer is scripted with team types. Where a human might feel like building a army of IFV`s and nothing else. But you can always tweak the AI to do better.
